The Institute for Media Strategies’ approach to digital transformation will be showcased later this month when co-founders Dietmar Schantin and Sarah Schantin-Williams are featured at two prestigious conferences in England and India.

Dietmar Schantin will be speaking about how media companies have transformed themselves from content providers to digital innovators on Thursday at the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers Conference in London. He will speak in a session devoted to “What is the core expertise of a publisher today?”

Sarah Schantin-Williams will conduct a two-day workshop for editorial leaders entitled “Leading the Newsroom Through Change” and will present a session on “Newsrooms of the future” at the Newsroom Summit as part of the WAN-IFRA India Conference in Kolkata, India, next week.

The Institute for Media Strategies is an independent, international advisory and research organisation that focuses on transformation of media organisations. Its digital transformation experts have helped media houses in more than 20 countries grow in a multi-platform media business environment. The Institute’s holistic approach has developed an international reputation for changing the way media companies think about what they do and how they can exploit existing and new markets, products and revenue opportunities.
